The work includes the construction of two new concrete pavement container holding yards, including access roads, lightning protection, security lighting, and security fencing and the replacement of asphalt paving in four existing truck holding lots with concrete pavement. Project also includes the extension of an overhead power line, the extension of an eight inch water line, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 19 April 1995 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 180 calendar days.
