Project consists of repair of two ABCO Hot Water Boilers (#9165 and #9166) at the North Plant of Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The boilers have failed and require repair to return to operation. The repair will include removal and necessary repair of first pass boiler tubes, water wash of debris from water side of boilers, dye pen tube sheets to find cracks, removal of cracks identified, installation of new boiler tubes, roll, bead, seal weld and reroll tubes to ensure tightness, leak test boilers at maximum working pressure of the system, repour rear door refractory ABCO Boiler #9166, close boilers, test fire, cureout refractory, calibrate burners to maximum obtainable efficiency and turndown ratio, provide US Army Corps of Engineers with documentation of repairs and calibrations, identify if boilers require new partial tube sheets, replace as necessary.
