This painting work includes topcoating existing lead based paint in place, with surface preparation. Surface preparation includes fabricating negative pressure decontamination units and lead paint removal. Lead contaminated material shall remain the property of the Government. Other work includes, floor refinishing, replacement of ceramic walls and floor tile, resilient floor tile, vinyl floor covering, stud walls, bathtubs, medicine cabinets, vanities, wood furring, sanitary base, door and window trim, crown molding, glazing gypsum board, exterior stairs, gutter and downspouts, electrical, concrete and incidental related work.
