Description of Project: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and items necessary to perform electrical component replacement, remove and replace insulation between ceiling and roof, replace hot water heat system, replace water and water piping and fixtures, remove asbestos from hot water heat piping, replace fire hoses and nozzles, construct a latrine, install air conditioning, and remodel to add on additional area for a multi-purpose room and sleeping rooms for Missile Alert Facility (MAF)-Mike One, in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB MT. Performance period will be 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The invitation for bid will be issued on or about 15 April 1995. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The bid opening date will be on or about 15 May 1995. This acquisition is open competition, large and small, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Only written requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
