The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 dollars. The action will be 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitations will be available on April 13, 1995. All requests for the solicitation shall be in writing and be accompanied by a non-refundable fee in the form of a check or money order for the amount of $75.00, and be made payable to Stecker, LaBau, Arneill and McManus Architects, Inc.
