This project consists of cleaning, painting the exterior of six multi-story buildings (approximately 117,000 sq. ft. surface area), and sealing exterior concrete on the three main buildings including mechanical equipment, doors and louvers on all six buildings. The project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Pacific Northwest Research Station, 3200 Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Oregon, Benton County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Proceed. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work date is June 1, 1995. Bonding is required.
