Rios, (210)221-0584, Fax:210-221-0259 The U.S. Army Medical Command, Central Contracting Office, has a requirement for 2 Lasers, Photocoagulation, Ophthalmology for the New Brooke Army Medical Center, as follows: One Coherent, NOVUS OMNI laser console with dual fiber delivery system, to include NOVUS OMNI LDS-20 SLIT LAMP, and NOVUS OMNI Laser indirect Ophthalmoscope (green only), or ''EQUAL''; and One Coherent, NOVUS 2000 laser Console with dual fiber delivery system, with one Acculite Endophotocoagulator kit or ''EQUAL''. The issue date will be on or about 10 Apr 95. This solicitation was previously published in CBD dated 23 Feb 95 under DADA10-95-R-0069. The offerors who applied under DADA10-95-R-0069. have been added to the Bidder's Mailing List for this solicitation and do not need to reapply. Installation is required by the Contractor. Training is required and is requested to be accomplished On-site for 20 Operators/Users and 5 Medical Equipment Repairers. Shipment is FOB Destination. This office plans to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with an estimated delivery date to begin after Jul 95.
