EPA has a requirement for a Supermarket & Heat Pump Calorimeter System consisting of: compressor calorimeter, data acquisition system, hot line resistance and temperature meter, Fourier Transform tachometer and power cable, dynamic pressure transducer, accelerometer, and low impedance coupler. The compressor calorimeter shall be for use with CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants. The RFP will be issued approximately April 20, 1995. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the RFP issuance date. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC Code 3821 applies which has a size standard of 500 employees. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request. Please include five (5) self-addressed mailing labels with your request. Telephone and FAX requests will not be honored. A limited number of copies are available.
