The equipment delivered under this acquisition shall be warranteed by the manufacturer for a period not less than 3 years from the date of delivery. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100 PERCENT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. All responsibole sources may submit a proposal which shall by considered by FHWA.
