SOL 648-22-95 DUE 050995 POC Contact Point, Linda McMillan, (503)220-8262x5089 Provide software license and maintenance for integrated software that includes: nurse staffing and scheduling management; workload, productivity and financial management; real-time, bi-directional DHCP-ADT and DHCP-PAID interfaces; professionally accepted reliable and research validated patient classification system for inpatient medical- surgical, intensive care, psychiatric, and emergency patient visits. The software will provide for graphic reporting, and allow data retention for at least 3 years. Information generation will be available for any time period, cost center, group of cost centers, individual day, week, pay period, month, and year. Offeror will provide training manuals, tutorials and a program of training that will address use of software as well as interpretation of report fields, and training for system maintenance. Also to be provided will be complete system specifications, approx 30 operating manuals; 24 hour technical support, on-site technical support available; consultation with end-users for final system configuration; software licensed for site use rather than individual stations.
