The U.S. Army Research Laboratory requires technical, scientific and engineering support services on a Time and Materials with Task Orders basis for studies, technology demonstrators, and development of technical data packages and prototypes in support of the Modeling of Advanced Gun Charges. Any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will include an Organizational Conflict of Interest clause. The anticipated period of performance is four years i.e., task orders may be issued over a period of four years from award. Technical expertise is required in each of the following areas: Senior Scientist/Engineer; Technical Aid and Clerical/Typist. The proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
