The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for spacecraft thermal design, analysis and test support for the NRL space programs. The effort will encompass: development, maintenance and modification of analytical thermal models using SINDA and TRASYS; development of spacecraft thermal designs; development of test requirements, plans and procedures; development, maintenance and modification of thermal test software; and conducting thermal tests. Award will be for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. It is anticipated that the work will be performed at NRL, Washington, D.C.
