The local performers will be selected from various local talent shows sponsored through Morale, Welfare, and Recreation. All rights are reserved to perform the songs are owned by executive producer and artist, Patti LaBelle. Unauthorized live performance or duplication of this artist's music is a violation of applicable laws. The concert will be held June 30, 1995 at Hood Stadium, Fort Hood, Texas.
