pilot site for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The purpose of the
EAP is to assist USPS employees whose job performance, attendance or
behavior is adversely affected by personal problems. The program is not
intended to provide clinical treatment or rehabilitation services. It
offers the troubled emloyee and/or immediately family members initial
counseling and referral or other aproriate thelp in obtaining treatment
or assistance from whatever sources are available in the community.
