The procurement is for preventative and remedial maintenance of Commissary Meat Cutting Equipment in support of commissaries located at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton WA; Subase Bangor, Silverdale WA; Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor WA; and Naval Station Everett, Everett WA. Maintenance shall be performed on the following brands of equipment: Hobart, Butcher Boy, Hollymatic, Biro, Mr. Steak, Berkel, Hydro-Lift, and Globe. Maintenance shall be performed on a monthly basis. Period of performance shall be 25 June 1995 through 24 June 1996 and one additional option year. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
