The Contractor shall provide physician (hospital attending) and related medical services for the Angell Civilian Conservation Center, Siuslaw National Forest, Yachats, Lincoln County, Oregon. This includes the furnishing of all labor and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide services. The Contractor's services will be provided at his/her office (if applicable), the Center, or a community hospital as necessary. Contract time is one year after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
