USAID BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE '95 The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is sponsoring a series of three Business Opportunities Conference for U.S. small businesses, U.S. disadvantaged and women-owned businesses, Historically Black Universities and Colleges (HBCUs), colleges and universities having a student body in which more than 40 percent of the students are Hispanic-American, and Private Voluntary Organizations (PVOs), controlled by minorities and women. The one-day conferences will be held in Miami, Florida on May 3, 1995, Indianapolis, Indiana in June, 1995 (exact date TBA) and Denver, Colorado in June 1995 (exact date TBA). The conferences will feature workshops, counseling sessions and speakers emphasizing marketing strategies for consulting services, procurement opportunities for export of manufactured goods/commodities, subcontracting opportunities, and how to do business with USAID in the international marketplace.
