Aircraft shall have no window interposed between camera lens and terrain being photographed. Only a precision aerial camera and magazine that have been calibrated by U.S. Geological Survey within 3 years of Apr 95 and approved for use on their projects shall be used for this work. Camera shall expose a 9-inch square negative and have a calibrated focal length of 153 millimeters plus/minus 3 millimeters. Bidders must submit camera calibration certificate/report with bid.
