Waste material containers are stored in 12 cells, where each cell localizes and contains any spills and leaks. Adjacent to the cell storage is the staging area for the loading/unloading of the waste containers. Other spaces include: offices, restrooms, showers, lockers, and a mechanical room. A trailer washdown area will be constructed at the end of the building, along with any other incidental related work. The SIC code will be 1541 and the size standard is $17.0 Million. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $2,500,000. This proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
