The work includes replacement of major gas fired equipment, including a 5000 MBTU Boiler, 10 ton gas-fired absorption chiller and air handler, provision of new steam unit heaters and incidental related work, including the removal of asbestos insulation. There are special requirements involving maintenance of the operations at the facility during the course of the work. Estimated cost of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
