Project involves surface preparation, painting, and other work on three warehouses totaling approximately 114,000 square feet, 38,000 each building. These facilities are located at the DLA/DNSZ Depot, New Haven, Indiana. Painting preparation and disposal requires that the contractor have work experience with, and knowldege of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to removal and disposal of lead-base painted materials on industrial type projects. All materials generated from this project shall be disposed of off of Government property. In addition to painting, work requires the manufacture and installation of new building signs.
