Contracting Officer, 405/425-8346. RELACE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS at
the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base portion of the Tulsa
International Airport, 4200 N. 93rd East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The
project includes all plant, labor, materials, services, incidentals,
and equipment to perform all work as described on the plans and
specifications. The project includes but is not limited to excavation
of eight underground storage tanks with stockpiling of contaminated
materials, testing of disturbed and undisturbed soil, furnish and
install three new above ground storage tanks, disposal of removed
underground storage tanks and contents, replacement of underground oil
water separators and disposal of separator and contents, furnish and
install new double walled underground oil water separators, furnish and
install new submersible pumps, and furnish and install new dispensers.
All work must be completed within 180 calendar days after the date of
receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of this project
is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The proposed contract is being
considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small
business concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15
days from publication of this notice, indicate interest in the
acquisition by providing the contracting office at USPFO for Oklahoma,
ATTN: OKPO-PC SFC Harkeless, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK
73111 evidence of capability to perform, and a positive statement of
eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business
concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the
solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice and
evaluation preference will not be applied. All responding potential
bidders shall identify their status as 8(a), SDB, ESB, small businss or
large business. All parties interested in bidding this project must
request an IFB packet from the USPFO For Oklahoma, Attn: OKPFO-PC, 3535
Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. Plans and specifications will
be available on or about 18 Apr 95 and will be issued on a first come
basis until all plans have been exhausted. A $100,000 non-refundable

must be coordinated prior to arrival. A pre-bid conference and
