BASE FENCE PROJECT located on the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base portion of the Tulsa International Airport, 4200 N. 93rd East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The project includes all plant, labor, materials, services, incidentals, and equipment to perform all work as described on the plans and specifications. The project includes but is not limited to decorative fence, pedestrian and drive through gates, traffic loop controller, kaypad controller, gate operators, demolition of asphalt for electrical installation to gate operators, asphalt repair, and electrical wiring and conduit in buildings for power connections. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days after the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small business concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 days from publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting office at USPFO for Oklahoma, ATTN: OKPFO-PC SFC Harkless, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111 evidence of capability to perform, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice and evaluation preference will not be applied.
