Hydraulic Oil Accumulator Assemblies and Selector and Drive Assemblies for the 76mm MK 75 L.W. Gun Mount. The Government requires (3) each Accumulator Assemblies, NSN 1015-01-045-1425, Drawing 5517876 and (3) each Selector and Drive Assemblies, NSN 1015-01-045-1434, Drawing 5517993. Accumulator Assembly consists of complex machined steel items such as housings, pistons, rods and valve block. Other items for Accumulator Assembly are needle valves, springs, check valve, unions, tube adapters, o'rings and assorted hardware items. Static and dynamic test procedures are required for accumulator assembly. The Selector and Drive Assembly consists of complex machined steel items such as gears, shafts and housings. These items are assembled together with bearings, shims, o'rings, nuts, bolts and other items pertaining to gear drive assemblies. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Receiving Officer, Code 1131, Bldg V, NAVSURFWARCEN ORDSTA, Louisville, KY. Delivery of both items is required within 300 days after date of contract award. Both items have been previously procured from OTO Melara under contract N00197-91-C-0027 for a quantity of (2) each at a unit price of $22,135.00 and $5,980.00, respectively. Based on contractual agreement between US Navy and OTO Melara, offerors are restricted to US companies and OTO Melara only.
