54 -- FURNISH TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION CLASSROOMS & SUPPLY FACILITIES AT CAMP BULLIS, SAN ANTONIO, TX SOL DACW63-95-B-0078 DUE 051695 POC Karen Smith, Contract Specialist or Debra L. Contractor shall set up, complete and ready for use, relocatable modular units consisting of one (1) 2000 sq ft unit (96 person classroom), two (2) 1800 sq ft units (23 person-each, administrative), two (2) 1500 sq ft units (supply), and four (4) 1200 sq ft units (48 person-each, classrooms). These units shall be new (the Contractor may renovate a new, existing module). Contractor is responsible for removal of modular units at either end of lease or any option period. Contract period shall begin 15 July 1995 for twenty four (24) months with two (2), six (6) month period options. Solicitation will be issued on or about 13 April 1995 with bid opening on or about 16 May 1995. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. No express mail procedures will be utilized on initial mailing of solicitation packages. (0086)
