This proposal action is for reprocurement of and/or modification of existing TPS (Test Program Set) elements and related ESD (Engineering Support Data) which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Northrup/Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, New York 11714-3582, as a firm fixed price proposal. This procurement consists of the following: a Depot Level Test Program Set (TPS), P/N TPs (V1)58690-*, consisting of the following items: 2 Test Program Disc (TPD), P/N TPD(V1)58690-*, 2 Test Program Instruction (TPI), P/N TPI, P/N TPI(V1)58690-*, 1 Cable Set, MFCDU SRA, P/N 123SAV58695 (modified from -1 to -3 configuration), 1 Panel ID, MFCDU SRA, P/N 123SAV58690 (modified from -1 to -3 configuration), 1 A1 Circuit Card, P/N 123SAVA58691 (modified), 1 SRA Panel Assy., P/N 123SAV58692 (modified). The service required involve modification of PSE end items (including substitution for any obsolete parts and issue of E.O.'s for new parts), process testing of all mechanical and electrical assemblies, and validation testing with UUTs. This procurement will provide the Naval Aviation Depot, North Island with enhanced TPS software and hardware required to support the configuration upgrade of E-2C Aircraft as identified in ECP-403.
