The National Guard Bureau intends to procure on a sole source basis from Oracle Government Systems of Herndon, VA, maintenance support services on Oracle Relational Data Base under the authority of FAR 6.302. The support requires follow-on RDBMS application support consisting of RDBMS and associated tools application software support maintenance and telephonic hotline support including problem solving, bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance in response to National Guard Bureau designated central site personnel. Oracle Relational Data Base is currently installed on the Field Operating Level system for the National Guard Bureau and must be supported Monday through Friday.
