The main facility has twelve buildings with approximately 92,600 square feet (approximately 75,000 square feet may require some level of janitorial service) on a ten acre site. The other facility is located approximately 4 miles from the main site, has eight buildings with approximately 18,600 square feet (approximately 14,000 square feet may require some level of janitorial support) on a ten acre site. Some of the duties shall include floor maintenance (annual stripping and waxing), dusting, wiping, glass and porcelain ware cleaning, paper and trash removal, and wall washing. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base period of twelve (12) months with two (2) twelve (12) month options is contemplated. This contract has been set aside for small business. The SIC Code for this contemplated contract is 7349. All responsible small business may submit a proposal which will be evaluated and considered by EPA.
