The Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake, CA, is seeking sources with capabilities in high resolution laser radar, and/or terrestrial photogrammetry, and/or related 3D modeling software, and/or Geographical Information Systems (GIS) with archeological/cultural feature exptertise, and/or visualization/simulation software. In meeting the historical preservation archiving and protection responsibilities for the cultural items on over one million acres of NAWS test ranges at China Lake, CA, cost effective techniques and innovative approaches are being explored. Accordingly, sources are sought to establish a list for possible future purchases of technology and services to augment existing on site NAWS and Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) capabilities and expertise.
