Work consists of reroofing buildings 1885 and 1886 (approximately 35,000 SF). Completely remove existing roof system and replace with new roof system as spcecified. Remove existing lighting system and reinstall same upon conclusion of reroofing operations; construct new roof antenna platform and supporting structure as additive bid item(s). Work is at the Florida Air National Guard buildings located at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance time for this project is 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should respond in writing to this notice as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice. SDB response must include a positive statement of their intentions to bid as prime contractors and indicate bonding approval maximum amount.
