This requirement is for the procurement and delivery of 4 each ball valves. Valve shall be manufactured in accordance with provided specifications. Each valve shall be hydrostatically tested at the factory. Each valve shall be equipped with an electric actuator sized to actuate the valve against a 4400 psi pressure differential. Each valve shall have lugs or other device for lifting. Valve bid shall be accompanied by valve assembly drawings, with company logo or catalog number. Assembly drawings shall identify each valve component, material composition of components, number of component used in the assembly, valve port size, and overall size of the valve including actuator. Assembly drawings will be used to verify proposed valve is in accordance with the provided specification sheet. (0087)
