66 -- CM/3 TEST CELL DATA ACQUISITION AND CONTROL SYSTEM SOL 14320295R0009 DUE 051295 POC Contracting Officer, SHIRLEY M THURMAN, 303-236-0257 X231 The U.S. Bureau of Mines has a requirement to upgrade its Government owned Digalog CM/1 cellmate BCM controller to a Digalog CM/3 test cell data acquisition and control system. The Bureau intends to enter into a contract with Digalog, P.O.Box 3315, Ventura, California 93006-3315 . The Bureau intends to trade in the obsolete CM/1 controller for the new generation system. The new system must also include HyperCell and Toolbox software, engineering and software support for Digalog CM/2 to Hypercell conversion, drawer mounted Dynamometer and Throttle power controllers, and software drivers for a Pierburg gas analysis emissions bench. The U.S. Bureau of Mines believes that the intended source is the only company with the capability of providing the complete CM/3 test cell data acquisition and control system.
