The National Guard Bureau (NGB) intends to purchase 60 copies of Software with documentation and a License for 790 additional users. Award will be made to a Small Disadvantage Business concern utilizing SIC Code 7372 and size standard $7 million. Software is required to permit remote access to Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) by in-state, and out of state systems. Software needs to permit limited access with password protection, ability to remotely control another computer utilizing modem dial-up or local area network such as Novell, ability to transfer files (both binary and ASCII) between systems. Remote user should have complete access to all functions of host computer to include remote operation of host system applications. Desired delivery will be 30 days after award.
