The objective of this request for comment (RFC) is to solicit industry comments and advice on the possibility of consolidating the traffic to achieve economies of scale and provide management information to monitor use. All firms interested in receiving a copy of the RFC must submit a written request to the attention of Beverly Brown. Requests may be faxed to 202-720-4529. Please state the RFC number, RFC- 00-95-1017. The RFC is expected to be issued on or around April 21.
