The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) modifies the synopsis which was originally published 5 December 1994 which requires research and development in the area of Assessment and Evaluation of Dual-Use Applications and Manufacturing Technology for High Temperature Superconductivity (HTS) Electronic Circuits and Systems. Included in these assessments will be cryogenic refrigeration technology and systems, which are required to provide the necessary operating environment for the superconducting systems, and cryogenically- cooled, non-superconducting devices, circuits and systems, which may be integrated with the superconducting circuits and operated at cryogenic temperatures to produce the desired superconducting system of interest.
