A -- SUPPORT SERVICES - TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AREA OF MULTIMEDIA ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CONTROL SOL C500056T1 POC Contact Point, Billy Oden, (513)366-2126, Contracting Officer, Billy Oden, (513)366-2126 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a contractual need for Support Services in the technology transfer area of multimedia environmental pollution control. This contract will provide technical information dissemination support to several Office of Research and Development (ORD) organizations, primarily the Center for Environmental Research Information (CERI), the Risk Reduction Engineering Laboratory (RREL), the Environmental Monitoring Systems Laboratory (EMSL), and the Environmental Criteria and Assessment Office (ECAO) - all located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Specific Work Assignments are anticipated in the following categories: Prepare technical manuals, handbooks, and user's guides, and technical meeting publications; Conduct technical meetings, seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences, exhibits. Evaluate new and emerging technical information dissemination methods. The Work Assignments to be performed shall encompass potentially all engineering and scientific disciplines and will require highly competent and experienced technical personnel in diverse areas for multimedia environmental pollution control research, development and demonstration. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract is anticipated with a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods. The base level of effort for each 12-month period will be 100,000 hours and there will be options for up to 50,000 additional hours in each 12-month period. No telephonic requests will be honored.
