The response must cite reference to the Portsmouth Environmental Support Services competition. The objective of the procurement is to provide management, planning, and general technical assistance for the full range of environmental activities for the Environmental Restoration and Waste Management Programs of Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Inc. This program must be performed in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act, the Federal Facilities Agreement between the DOE, US EPA, and Ohio EPA and the appropriate Department of Energy orders. Solicitations will be mailed to requestors on or about May 1, 1995. Three basic order agreements, two (2) of which will be Small Business Set-Asides under SIC 8744, Environmental Remediation Services, and one which will be unrestricted, are expected to be awarded by January 1996. The period of performances will include a base year plus 4 one year options. The anticipated support to be provided under each basic order agreement is approximately $20,000,000 each. DOE ``Q'' and ``L'' cleared personnel may be required for certain aspects of this work. Clearances are not required for initial award of the subcontracts.
