Perform Single-Family on-site field review of appraisals on on as needed basis for a one-year base period with two single one year options to extend the contract. The following geographic locations to be serviced are as follows: 1) Area A - Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Williams and Wood counties. 2) Area B - Erie, Huron, Lorain, Medina, Sandusky and Seneca counties. 3) Area C - Ashland, Crawford, Holmes, Richland, Wayne and Wyandot counties. 4) Area D - Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties. 5) Area E - Carroll, Harrison, Portage, Stark, Summit and Tuscarawas counties. The reviewer must be a State Certified Residential Appraiser. The reviewer will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisal performed by authorize appraises. Some reviews will require interior examinations of properties. The proposed contracts listed here 100 per cent small set-asides. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 6531 and the Size Standard is $1.5 million. Request must be in writing and specify the RFP number.
