The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and facilities necessary to remove and salvage existing locks and install new electronic locking system in various locations at the Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The service shall consist of removing existing locks, modifying the doors and frames, installing electronic locking system, and providing training by means of an Indefinite Quantity type contract that contains three possible option periods. This is a SOURCE SELECTION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), wherein an award will be based on the BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT in the following areas: Price, Quality, and Type of Locking System. Solicitations will not be mailed to firms within a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
