Provide labor, supplies and equipment as needed to print a quarterly Civilian Enterprise Newspaper for the 84th Division (Training), 4828 W Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All news and editorial content will be provided by the 84th Division (Training). All advertising contained in the newspaper will be sold by the civilian printer. There will be a minimum of 5,000 copies each quarter, which will be delivered to 84th Division (IT), Milwaukee, Wisconsin for distribution by the Public Affairs Office to various units under the 84th Division. Request for RFP must be in writing. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. (083)
