The New Jersey National Guard proposes to award a firm fixed price contract for the construction of a Fire Station at the 177th FG, New Jersey Air National Guard Base, Pleasantville, New Jersey. The Fire Station shall consist of 9,800 square feet of area. The facility shall include steel and masonry, with a concrete driveway to a aircraft parking apron and a paved access road, walks and parking. The Fire Station shall also include sleeping quarters, kitchen, communication support and associated utilities. This solicitation provides for multiple line items and additive bids, which must be addressed in order to be considered for this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, plant and materials required to perform the work in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1542.
