The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to award a sole source contract modification to Allenhurst Industries, Inc., P.O. Box 270, Allenhurst, NJ 07711, under DNA Contract DNA001-94-C-0178. Allenhurst Industries, Inc. is currently under contract with DNA to manufacture and provide to the Ukranian Government 25 temporary housing shelters and 5 mess shelters. This modification provides for a change out of appliance installation with water tanks and pressure pumps to provide portable sewage/water drainage lines and a self-contained water storage capability for 25 temporary housing shelters and 5 mess shelters. Additional requirements include spare parts kit, and operation maintenance manuals in English and Russian. DNA believes that Allenhurst Industuries, Inc. is the only source capable of efficiently providing the subject requirement within the time required. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement. See Note 22.
