Provide all plant labor, material and equipment and perform all work required to ''Revitalization of Building 288, Fort Monmouth, N.J.'' Except for work described in optional bid item ''A.'' In strict accordance with drawing Nos. 10734-1 thru 10734-17 and specifications PR 94-0956. The scope of work shall include the renovation of the first floor to open office space for the relocation of PM SW to main post. This work includes removing most of the exisiting columns, removing interior walls and finish materials, installing new partitions, finish materials, a handicapped stair lift and a raised flooring system. Reconfigure the existing HAVC system and fire detection system. Install new lighting, electrical, voice and data communication as required by the new floor plan. OPTIONAL BID ITEM ''A'' Provide all plant labor, material and equipment and perform all work required to install a raised flooring system in building 288, Fort Monmouth, NJ. In strict accordance with drawing nos. 10734-1 thru 10734-17 and specifications, PR94-0956. This work includes the raised floor panels with pedestals, all ramp, all handrails, and all other accessories to provide a completed raised floor system, except for carpeting. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Site visit will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0019. Construction completion time is 180 days. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted procurement. There will be a charge of $25.00 per set of drawing and specifications. All checks are to be drawn to ''Finance and Accounting Officer,'' add accounting classification code ''21R3210.'' Payment will not be returned and specifications need not be returned.
