Sandberg at (404)842-6553 Presolicitation Notice: Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment for providing and Installing of Exit Signs for the following Buildings at CDC Clifton Road Campus: 1 or Main, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, and Utility Tunnels (Project #1) and providing and installing inverter packs for fluorescent lights to provide emergency light for labs at CDC Clifton Road Buildings 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, CDC Chamblee Buildings 6, 7, 8, 17, 31, 32, and CDC Lawrenceville Building B (Project #2). The construction scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Furnish and install single and double faced illuminated exit signs in hallways to permit safe egress from the buildings. The exit signs shall be wired in series with the corridor night light circuit, furnish and install nickel cadmium emergency fluorescent inverter power packs in existing fluorescent fixtures. These two projects are to bid as a single contract with two line items to permit separately tracking the project costs internally. The work for both projects is solely electrical in content. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-116 will be available on or about May 23, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
