Demolish the above listed facilities, remove asbestos as required, properly dispose of debris, grade and seed disturbed areas for positive drainage to match surroundings. Four structures are primarily wood-construction buildings. Building number 170 is a 10,000 barrel above ground steel bulk fuel storage tank. The project does not include contaminated soil remediation or testing. This will be a firm fixed price contract.Magnitudeof the contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 180 days. The bid opening date is an on or about date and will depend on the receipt of the final specifications and drawings. The SIC code for this project is 1795. This action is being 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns, however, business concerns other than SDB's are invited to bid.
