The work includes but is no limited to construction of a 3800 square foot free-standing addition to building 208. Construction to be drilled pier and grade beam foundation, concrete floor slab, steel columns and joists, brick veneer, concrete masonry unit and metal stud partitions, modified bitumen roofin on metal deck, overhead coiling doors, metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront, fixed glass and doors, interior finishes of ceramic tile, carpet, paint and acoustic ceiling system. Specialties include signage, fire extinguisher cabinets, motorized projection screen, display case, liquid chalkboard and mini-blinds. Commercial plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems are included. Bid opening date will be on or about 20 April 1995. Estimated cost range is between 250,000 and 500,000. A non-refundable check of $38.00 made payable to the Treasurer of the United States is required for each set of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will be available for viewing at the Office of the Base Civil Engineer, ANG Training Site, Municipal Airport, Fort Smith, Arkansas. This project is 100% unrestricted.
