Design, fabricate and install dock levelers in existing dock area and a 463L pallet storage mezzanine interfaced with existing powered 463L conveyors including transfer carts, vertical reciprocating conveyors, gravity roller conveyor and mezzanine system in the Air Freight Terminal, Bldg 505, Dover AFB DE. The 463L pallets are 88 inches by 108 inches and can weigh up to 10,500 pounds. This project includes all foundations, electrical work and site preparation inside the existing air freight terminal necessary to accomodate the system. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
