The cabinet must be adjustable so as to complete each freeze-thaw cycle, dropping concrete specimens from a thawed state to a frozen state and back again, in as little as 2 hours or as long as 4 hours and to allow uninterrupted freeze-thaw cycling for any number of cycles desired by the chamber operator. The chamber must be capable of testing variable amounts of 3x4x16-in. concrete specimens numbering up to 60. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% small business set-aside.
