C -- FIRE PROTECTION AND LIFE SAFETY REVIEW, INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT SOL DTCG50-95-R-643BB0 POC Contracting Officer, Ms Maggie Laviguer, 206 220-7424 The work consists of preparation of detailed fire protection and life safety analysis and review of Government furnished plans and specifications of various projects for conformance to current national building, fire and life safety codes andcriteria. Size of projects for review may range from under $1 million to over $10 million. Reviews will be defined and negotiated on an individual task basis using rates established in the basic contract. Proposed procurement will result in IndefiniteDelivery Contract to be in effect for one year with a one year option to extend services. Contract has a maximum potential of $50,000 annually. Estimated contract start date is August 1995. Firms desiring consideration must submit one copy of a SF 254and SF 255 including organizational chart of key personnel to be assigned to this project. Submit representative list and short description of reviewed projects. 3. Past record of performance and capacity/capability of firm toaccomplish work in the required time.
