This announcement's sole purpose is to encourage 8a and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Firms to submit their SF 254's to the Corps of Engineers North Pacific Division (NPD) Office, address listed above. NPD will input the information into the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS) and the firm will be on file for the Sacramento District's use. Before an advertisement for A-E services is issued for open competition, consideration will be given to 8a and/or SDB firms based on the information on the firms that are on file in the ACASS system.
